Pam Peccolo -- President and CEO

A seasoned communications professional, Pam has worked in corporate public relations, marketing communications and advertising for more than 15 years. Her expertise includes providing executive counsel for businesses and organizations in high tech, educational technology, renewable energy and the non-profit sector.


Pam’s communications campaigns have garnered coverage in the local, national and global media, including: The Denver Post, The Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, USA Today and The Sunday Times (UK); Time, BusinessWeek, People and various trade publications; 9News, ABC News, CNBC, NBC News and NPR.


At the Baby Einstein Company, Pam led successful campaigns to promote the company’s consumer products, including the launch of new titles. Her efforts helped position the company which led to its purchase by the Walt Disney Company.


Prior to Baby Einstein, Pam led national and global branding advertising campaigns for J.D. Edwards, which helped position the company before going public. Pam’s corporate communications programs for Optical Data Corporation, an educational technology company, helped position the company to take 30% of a $40 million textbook sale in Texas.


Pam received her bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Washington. She is also a graduate of the High Performance Leadership program of the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.


Tony Peccolo -- Principal

A results-oriented entrepreneurial leader, Tony’s executive experience includes successes building and leading profitable business ventures – within startups and Fortune 500 companies including: Optical Data Corporation, Humongous Entertainment, Hewlett-Packard and Agilent Technologies.


Tony’s expertise is uniquely suited to entrepreneurial environments. Proven success at top-line and bottom-line impact in product marketing and management, market positioning, and sales performance can be applied to help your business.


He began his career as a product manager for Hewlett-Packard. Tony increased the profitability of a mature product family by 60% through a market-driven redesign which reduced production costs and product variation.


At Floathe and Associates, a high-tech advertising agency, Tony directed the award-winning HP LaserJet series II product introduction. More than 1 million units sold in three years, making the LaserJet series II the biggest revenue product in HP’s history.


As Director of Marketing for Optical Data Corporation, he successfully launched new multimedia and software products to K-12 and home markets. Through his efforts, Tony helped the company achieve a 10-fold increase in sales to $30 million in four years.


Tony returned to Hewlett-Packard’s test and measurement organization (now Agilent Technologies) and served in a variety of account manager and sales manager roles. He initiated HP’s first global e-commerce efforts with top accounts in the U.S., Europe and Asia – including Motorola, Philips and Ericsson. With Agilent Technologies, Tony created and led an on-line sales team which identified, developed and closed more than $200 million in business annually.


Tony graduated from Cal Poly, Pomona with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. He is also a graduate of the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business with a Masters of Business Administration.
